Monique A. (Dearth) Honaman, CEO & President

Monique DearthMonique has built an esteemed reputation in the key areas of leadership assessment and development and applies her expertise as CEO & President of ISHR Group. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree, Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, and Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate, Monique has dedicated her career to her passion for people development.

After starting her HR career with General Motors, Monique joined GE’s Human Resource Management Program where she gained valuable HR experience and earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification.  Monique is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), one of the world’s leading assessment tools.  Monique opted to export her entrepreneurial skills to her own firm and started Incite Strategies in 1999 and HR OptIn in 2007 (collectively, the ISHR Group).  Monique lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. She thrives on challenge and brings an extraordinary amount of energy to every endeavor.  In her spare time she enjoys sports, reading, photography and traveling.

Ellen M. Dotts, VP Leadership Assessment & Coaching

Ellen Dotts

With 20 years of global Human Resources experience, Ellen worked with numerous GE businesses and as a Senior Consultant for Spherion's Talent Management Consulting practice prior to joining Incite Strategies in 2003.  Having lived and worked extensively outside the US, Ellen's passion is helping companies increase the effectiveness of their global leaders.  

Ellen has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College, and an MBA in Management from St. Joseph’s University.  She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, and is a certified practitioner of the HBDI and the Birkman Assessment Profiles.  She lives in Atlanta with her husband Kevin and daughter Alex and Cori, who attend Atlanta International School.  Besides consulting, Ellen's passions include running, pilates, and international travel.

Stacy L. Sollenberger, VP Leadership Development

Stacy SollenbergerStacy has over 14 years experience in human resources and business with companies such as General Electric and Honeywell. Her passions include organizational effectiveness, leadership assessment & development, facilitating teams toward maximum performance, and personalized career & team coaching.

Stacy has never been averse to trying new things and taking on adventure. This is evident in her broad personal and professional experiences: she graduated from GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program, is certified as a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt and a practitioner of the HBDI and the Birkman Assessment Profiles, and was a corporate auditor for GE’s Audit Staff. Stacy earned her Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in Labor Relations / Human Resources, both from Michigan State University.  She lives in Atlanta with her husband and three children. Stacy loves adventure: She has completed an Outward Bound course in Montana, biked through the Canadian Rockies, and traveled throughout Europe and Asia.

Amy Brink

Surpassing customer expectations and a dedication to excellence have defined Amy’s career in Human Resource Management. A graduate of GE’s esteemed Human Resource Leadership Program, Amy has led successful efforts in HR program design and implementation, organizational effectiveness consulting, team development, project management, and facilitation and training. As an HR generalist, Amy leveraged her business acumen and passion for organizational effectiveness to help business leaders define their strategic goals and align organizational activities. Her commitment, experience, and insight have allowed her to become a trusted leadership coach. Amy earned her BA in Psychology from Truman State University and her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, both with honors. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and three children.


Shelley Hammell

Shelley brings over 20 years of business and executive management experience with such companies as MCI, BellSouth, CheckFree and NCR. She leverages her extensive business experience and straight-forward approach to get to the heart of the matter to help business leaders maximize their goal achievement. Shelley’s passion for working with people and her innate ability to provide powerful insight through leadership assessment and development, team facilitation and executive coaching helps her clients take their business goals and translate them into measurable and executable plans. Shelley received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Denver, CO and her coaches accreditation from CTI, The Coaches Training Institute, and is a certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) practitioner. She has lived in Atlanta, GA, for over 14 years.


Lisa Hart

Lisa brings over 13 years of diverse Finance and Human Resources experience. As a graduate of GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program and while on the Corporate Audit Staff, Lisa gained a global perspective working in Belgium, France, Spain, and Italy. She led successful audits through the challenges of multiple countries, languages and cultures. She is a certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt. Lisa’s strong platform skills make her an excellent trainer, and her cross-functional skills in both finance and human resources allow her to add perspective and value to our customers. Lisa is passionate about working hard to value, coach, energize and advocate for people: the lifeline of a company. Lisa earned her Bachelors Degree in Finance from Siena College. She resides near Boston with her husband and four children.


Lisa Hisscock

Lisa joined ISHR Group as a training facilitator for the Leadership ROI curriculum. She brings to the team over 16 years of experience with Saturn Corporation/General Motors where she held various positions in training and communication. During her tenure, Lisa experienced first-hand what she believes are the three most powerful drivers of business success: a focused culture, synergistic relationships and highly-skilled talent. In her roles, she developed courses and trained thousands of team members on related elements including leadership, team-building, customer care, communication, cultural identity and the like. Lisa is passionate about helping others maximize their professional potential. She is a natural motivator with a proven ability to bring course content to life for each participant. Lisa is certified to administer the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Lisa earned her Bachelors degree cum laude in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Central Michigan University. She lives in Nashville with her husband and their two sons.


Shari Johnson

Shari has a solid generalist background focused on effective client support, performance management, process improvement, staffing, training and development, and acquisition integration. Shari’s 10+ years of experience in both human resources and business brings a unique perspective in that she has used her skills in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. During her years at EDS and Accenture, Shari met commitments and produced results in the following lines of business: manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, sales and marketing, finance, and information technology.  Shari leverages her skills and expertise in the areas of staffing and recruiting, communications, coaching and development, operations management, strategic planning, and relationship management.  Shari earned her B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of North Texas and an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Texas State University.  She currently resides in Atlanta. She loves to travel, read, and is an avid runner.


WenLyn Richter

Having grown up and worked in Asia, WenLyn has developed a keep appreciation for cross-cultural perspectives in various human resource initiatives. She is fluent in Madarin, Cantonese and Malaysian. A graduate of GE's Human Resources Leadership program, WenLyn build her experience and reputation partnering effectively with clients in various functional grops ranging from engineering to sales/service, earning her Six Sigma Black Belt Quality certification in the process. WenLyn was also an auditor with GE's Corporate Audit Staff. She is now a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. WenLyn graduated with a B.A. in Public Relations from Pittsburg State University and a M.A. in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University. She currently resides near Portland, Oregon with her husband and two young children.


Deanna Wilson

Deanna offers ISHR Group clients more than 12 years of dedicated HR experience in industries as diverse as government, auto manufacturing and leasing, railcar services, healthcare and electrical distribution.   While completing her Masters Degree in Labor Relations from Michigan State University, Deanna worked for the Michigan State Chamber of Commerce, EDS, and The Ford Motor Company.  Also a GE alumni, Deanna graduated from the Human Resources Leadership Program and was among the first HR professionals in the company to join the Corporate Audit Staff.   Deanna is a true HR generalist, with experience in organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance,  recruiting, employee advocacy, training, compensation and benefits. During her tenure at GE, Deanna built a reputation for her hands-on approach to her job, and was often commended for grasping situations quickly, critical thinking and execution, creative problem solving, pragmatism, and humor.  Deanna has traveled extensively in Asia and North America, and currently resides in Detroit with her family.
