Our iAdvance Leadership Assessment consulting provides third party assessments and small group workshops designed to help companies identify and develop high potential talent. Our Leadership ROI curriculum leverages our belief that superior leaders possess superior self-awareness. We utilize the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) to assist organizations, teams and leaders to work together more efffecively as they communicate, make decisons, handle conflict, and influence others. | Our HR OptIn business provides human resouces contract and staffing services designed to bring the best of HR talent to companies while providing the most options to our network of consultants. HR OptIn leverages the skills of experienced HR professionals who have "opted out" of traditional HR jobs, and who are now looking to "opt back in" with greater flexibility.
