Monique A. Dearth, President

Monique has built an esteemed reputation in the key areas of leadership development, executive assessment, executive coaching, and performance management and applies her expertise as president of Incite Strategies. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree, Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, and Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate, Monique has dedicated her career to her passion for people development.

After spending two years in HR with General Motors, Monique joined GE’s Human Resource Management Program. Over the next several years, she gained valuable HR experience across industry lines ranging from manufacturing at GE Power Systems to high-tech/telecomm at GE Information Services. While at GE, she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Certification.   Monique is also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), one of the world’s leading assessment tools.  Monique opted to export her entrepreneurial skills to her own firm and started Incite Strategies in 1999. A mother of two young children, a competitive tennis player, a member of MENSA, she thrives on challenge and brings an extraordinary amount of energy to every endeavor.
