Hiring for Promotion, Not Just Position

Scenario: A company’s business operating leaders can be strong on job performance but weak on assessing internal or external candidates for hire. In this case, the organization’s leadership planning was at stake.

Response: Hire ISI to deliver advanced Interview and Assessment Skills training.

Proposition: Can business managers be taught how to hire for promotion and potential, not simply for position?

Action: Embed new skills in upper management on how to assess incoming talent to make the best hiring and placement decisions.  Prompt better interviews and stronger identification of top candidates leading to a more effective, more productive organization.   Feedback was tremendous.
