HR OptIn FAQ
What is HR OptIn and how did it originate?
HR OptIn is the culmination of a mission that began in 1999 with the creation of Incite Strategies, Inc., and the dedication of a small group of women to bring together Fortune 1000 companies with the most talented HR professionals in a consulting role.
Two forces in the HR industry led us to the creation of HR OptIn. First, the changing nature of human resources itself into a more dynamic and increasingly specialized, project-oriented set of challenges. Secondly, the changing outlook of many HR professionals, including many women, who have sought a transition from full-time status to smart, flex-time positions balancing career and family. In response to client requests, HR OptIn added to its service portfolio in late 2007 by providing permanent placement services of HR professionals as well.
How can our organization best work with HR OptIn?
Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness are central themes to the working relationship you will enjoy with HR OptIn.
Through a consultative, solution-oriented approach to matching your HR department's challenges with the right mix of generalist and specialist experience levels and functions, we will arrive at a proposal that is custom-tailored to meet your unique situation and individual needs.
The solutions we recommend may come from one or more parts of the Human Resource spectrum, and include one or more HR OptIn consultants. Our proposal and work orders will outline timing, costs and other milestones in a clear and concise manner.
Once work is underway, we strive to maintain contact with your staff to assure the quality of a smooth and productive working relationship and successful completion of your HR project.
How long are your typical contract assignments?

Does it cost Clients anything to utilize HR OptIn?
There is no charge to have us search our system and provide you with resumes of qualified candidates for your open contract or permanent position. Should we make a match and place a qualified HR consultant on a contract basis, we will do so baed upon a predetermined hourly rate. When assisting a client with a permanent search, we work solely on a contingent basis. Our clients will never be subjected to a restrictive retaines search agreement. We only receive payment if a placement is made.
