Monique has built an esteemed reputation in the key human resource areas of leadership assessment and development and applies her expertise as CEO & President of ISHR Group. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors degree, Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, and Albany Law School with a Juris Doctorate, Monique has dedicated her career to her passion for people development.

After starting her HR career with General Motors, Monique joined GE’s Human Resource Management Program where she gained valuable HR experience and earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Monique is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), one of the world’s leading assessment tools.  Monique opted to export her entrepreneurial skills to her own firm and started Incite Strategies in 1999 and HR OptIn in 2007 (collectively, the ISHR Group).  Monique lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. She thrives on challenge and brings an extraordinary amount of energy to every endeavor.  In her spare time she enjoys sports, reading, photography and traveling.
