Ellen has almost 20 years of global Human Resources experience with numerous GE businesses (Aerospace, Industrial Systems, Plastics and Energy) and as a Senior Consultant for Spherion's Talent Management Consulting practice prior to joining Incite Strategies. Having lived and worked extensively outside the US, Ellen's passion is helping companies develop global leaders. Ellen has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College, an MBA in management from St. Joseph’s University, and is a certified practitioner of the HBDI. Ellen is an avid runner and volunteer at Atlanta International School, and a recent Board Member of "Girls on the Run." She lives in Atlanta with her husband and two daughters.
