Who We Are

Founded in 1999, our Incite Strategies business segment developed as a private consulting firm made up of educated, experienced and energized HR operating leaders. We applied our multi-disciplinary mix of backgrounds, experience and entrepreneurial thinking to the world of human resources consulting. With a passion for leadership assessment and development, we built an organization focused on developing leaders through a variety of assessment, development and coaching services.

Combining Human Resource Management and Business Strategy

We view HR as an integral part of every organization no matter its size. Our initiatives serve to dramatically improve productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction. Emphasis is placed on talent management, leadership assessment, development & coaching, and team effectiveness using the HBDI. Our approach is to specifically tailor our consulting to deliver results unique to each client.  What remains the same is our profound commitment to business integrity, our pride in demonstrating excellence, and our mission to build people capabilities that strengthen your organization inside and out.

Reaching Out and Giving Back

Our consultants recognize the need to give back to our communities. We are active volunteers, sharing our experience and expertise with community outreach organizations that support the enrichment of women and/or children globally.

In 2007, Incite Strategies received the Enterprising Woman of the Year Award by Enterprising Women Magazine, and was recognized by DiversityBusiness.com as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the US.
