Welcome to ISHR Group!

As we turn the corner to the fourth quarter of 2009, ISHR Group has made change an ally and transformed itself into one of the more innovative and resilient HR consutling firms in the nation.  We are wrapping up our first full year as the newly co-branded ISHR Group, encompassing both our legacy Incite Strategies business, and our HR OptIn business. During the balance of 2009 and moving into 2010, you will see us take the next steps in our evolution towards creating our ISHR Group presence.  Change is good, and it's only fitting that we continue to raise the bar and rebrand ourselves as we celebrate our 10th year in business! We have added new services in the areas of Executive Coaching and have become certified in the Birkman Profile.  We have laser-focused our HR contract project management capabilities with HR OptIn.  Stay tuned for exciting changes online as we usher in 2010.
