The next few years brought steady growth to the company. I began consulting with GE, and as business grew by word of mouth, I had the opportunity to work with great companies like The Home Depot, DuPont and FritoLay.
As business grew, so did the need to bring on additional resources, and Stacy Sollenberger and Ellen Dotts joined the team. Stacy brings creativity and innovation to our team. Her strength lies in her ability to translate the needs of our clients into the design and delivery of challenging and interactive leadership programs. Ellen brings a practical, no-nonsense approach which clients truly appreciate. Her strength lies in her ability to quickly assess leaders and their organizations and provide feedback on ways to operate more effectively.
Our trio quickly discovered how well we complemented one another in our customer-focused, solutions-oriented thinking. Our business reflected that synergy. Revenues doubled, then doubled again. On this steadily steepening growth curve, we continued to bring in additional resources to help support our various business segments to form the dynamic, and ever-growing, team we have in place today.
By 2006, a new dynamic entered the picture. Our clients asked us to provide HR support outside the parameters of our traditional leadership assessment and development work. We formed HR OptIn to provide HR project management services. Business took off, and HR OptIn evolved into a highly unique service placing HR professionals on full-time, part-time, contract, and permanent basis.
Today the ISHR Group is comprised of a talented team of HR professionals spanning the nation and providing global solutions. Within Incite Strategies, that means our clients get a stellar team focusing their expertise on our three core segments: iAdvance, Leadership ROI, and HBDI. Within HROptIn, that means our clients reap the benefit of tapping into HR talent who can hit the ground running and make meaningful contributions.
We are passionate about our work. There's an energy, a positive momentum, and a buzz about what we do. Our work has taken us across North and South America, Asia, Europe, Australia, and India. We have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune Small Business, The New York Times, the NY Post, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, HR Executive and Pink Magazine, to name but a few. We have been recognized with awards from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Enterprising Women, and Diversity Business. We have been able to leverage Supplier Diversity with our Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.
Market demand is accelerating and the pace is robust as we structure the business to support our continued growth. Part of that new structure included formalizing the roles of Stacy and Ellen as owners in the company and rebranding under the ISHR Group to provide a more cohesive strategy and response for our clients.
When the logo for Incite Strategies was first developed, the signature ‘i’ was singular, symbolizing a person standing tall and representing integrity. The symbolic ‘i’ has become a part of who we are and is now embedded in all that we do (take a look at our logos - you will see the 'i'). Today's ISHR Group logo now incorporates three ‘i’s to reflect our new ownership team and our unwavering belief in the integrity and value that we bring to those with whom we interact.
